Having a good time at TIFF. The Amazon crew has rolled through in full effect. Our first screening sold out in 3 hours after early bird tickets released. Mad love to everyone looking after us out here. Second screening today, and then our afterparties (Lobby, Bovine). It's easy and a delight to do the rounds for this film, despite the hectic schedule of meetings etc. The film means a lot - on this project April Telek taught me how to act, Katrin Bowen taught me how to create, and our entire collective cast and crew reminded me we can make art with no money or time... just heart. I hope to never forget that again.
On the DJ tip been having fun. The renovated Marben is gorgeous, Spice is poppin (good look T 103 and Matt), played Century Room tonight- great time. Good look Fisher Pryce and Mista Jiggz for the love on the Tdot circuit; good to be back!
Met Lennox Lewis at the Diesel Room. First time I been starstruck since....ever. Trained at his old gym again (Atlas). Big ups Gina and all the boxers in the cut.
Met a lot of new friends, excited about the follow ups.
Be on the lookout for a Blackbird in the sky.

It's been so long since any posting..I gotta get a secretary. Or learn how to type. Busy times!
Just finished 2 dance shows for the Vancouver International Flamenco Festival, performing with Flamenco Alcala and Flamenco Rosario. Both shows were at capacity, the festival was a success and great artists such as Isabel Bayon, Sabas Santos and Manuel Tañe graced Vancouver with their talent.
I'm currently filming Alice (Alice in Wonderland), written and directed by Emmy-winner Nick Willing (Tin Man) and wearing wardrobe designed by Oscar-winning costume designer Angus Strathie (Moulin Rouge). Some of my amazing cast members are Kathy Bates, Tim Curry, Colm Meaney, Caterina Scorsone, and Philip Winchester.
I'm completing work on Amazon Falls, an intense independent film written by Curry Hitchborn and directed by the gifted Katrin Bowen. I'm blessed to be acting with rich Canadian talent such as April Telek, Lisa Marie Caruk, Anna Mae Routledge, Ben Ratner, William B. Davis, Adrian Holmes and Gary Chalk. A dream cast.
I've recently been working on TV series' Stargate Universe and Defying Gravity, great productions with outstanding teams, both set in outer space. Finally I'm rockin' the sci-fi!
Currently DJing two residencies in Vancouver: Friday nights at Bar None with the very hip DJ Marvel and Saturday nights at Republic. I've been doing guest appearances at various clubs since my return to Vancouver (I miss you L.A.! I'll be back soon).
